flow training offers a range of training formats that can be tailored to work for you.
Choice is kept as flexible as possible, but the following standard courses/experiences have been requested and delivered with great success.
All the formats are participatory in nature. We don’t talk at you - we get you to experience for yourself.
A Quick Splash (20-30mins)
These can be used at meetings, conferences, away-days, events to get everyone energised, alert, happy, engaged, switched-on, focused, relaxed, excited, stimulated. Not bad for 20 minutes! Particularly good after lunch.
Dive-in experience 1-2 hours
These sessions can be used as one-off workshops to focus on any combination of the themes (teams, stress, communication, wellness) already highlighted but can include aspects of innovation, problem-solving, creative-thinking, conflict resolution. Your people will be surprised what they can do.
Immersion Programme 1 hour a week for 6 weeks
These courses allow for a greater depth of knowledge, and more importantly, ability to be gained. Change takes time if it is going to last.
Learn to swim
Ongoing regular sessions to fully develop the ability to flow round problems, avoid whirlpools, and deal with strong currents and waves. Get people focused and energised either first thing in the morning, or in the afternoons after lunch.
Obviously, other formats can be arranged depending on a whole host of considerations.
There is no end to the material we have on offer, but, as you know, more advanced skills development is dependent on the basic skills previously acquired.
