flow training is a social enterprise (Community Interest Company), so its surplus profits are used to support a registered charity in its work helping people suffering from disadvantage. The College of Chinese Physical Culture (Charity No. 1104209) was set up in 1999 and has helped thousands of people to improve the quality of their lives, develop new skills that make them more employable, gain qualifications where they had none, and improve their health and well-being. Using flow training directly helps people in local communities get a chance of a better future.
